Giving Hope through TMS Therapy and Lifestyle Coaching
Bright Mind TMS is a private practice situated directly on the Deschutes River in a beautiful area of central Oregon. It was important to Amy Erber, our founder and Medical Director, to establish the practice in a location close to nature to promote wellness. While Bright Mind provides medication management, we are aware that some people don’t tolerate medications or don’t want to use them. At Bright Mind TMS we take a holistic approach to helping people with depression and chronic mental health issues by utilizing alternative treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) supported by individualized lifestyle coaching. We provide a treatment that can help people truly experience a sustained remission in a different way and target depression from more of a root cause approach.
One of our goals at Bright Mind TMS is to get people into lifestyle habits that support their mental, physical and emotional health. At first that may include medication changes, but the ultimate goal is to taper people off psychiatric medication. At Bright Mind TMS we look at the whole person, their genetic predispositions and environmental factors that may cause their symptoms to persist, and our goal is to optimize their mental health and help them get back to engaging in their passion.
